Did Russia Hand Hillary Debate Questions? No. So Liberals Are Just Angry Voters Knew DNC’s Dirty Secrets
For the Democrats and Drive By Media, that are unable to accept that Hillary Clinton’s presidential election defeat had to do with anything other than Hillary Clinton, there have been multiple straw-men that have been erected to explain the outcome.
Everything from “fake news” to the Russian government intervening and rigging an American election has been parroted from political pundits and network anchors alike.
As a result, the Left is calling for the federal government to enact legislation that would clamp down on news sites that offer news that they don’t agree with. In other words, news that is offered from a Conservative’s standpoint.
Keep in mind that the Left did not worry about cracking down on fake news when it was discovered that Brian Williams had lied about taking enemy fire while landing in a helicopter in Iraq, nor did it seem to bother them when MSNBC spliced and edited the George Zimmerman 911 tape to make it sound as if he was racist, and to push the Left’s narrative that it is no longer safe for a black man to walk alone down the street.
Even a story from CNN, who openly admitted and apologized for pushing a false narrative, about comments from the sister of the armed black man who lost his life in a police involved shooting was not enough for the Left to demand action.
Apparently, the final straw, and arguably the only straw, for the Left, was the election of Donald Trump to the White House. Because their candidate did not win, they want to blame the free speech of those who do not agree with them.
Their second argument, that Russia was somehow involved in “rigging” the election of Donald Trump is even more outrageous.
British ambassador to Uzbekistan, Craig Murray, is a personal acquaintance of Wikileaks leader, Julian Assange.
According to Murray, the hacking of the DNC emails was no hack at all, and that it was merely a result of a leak from within the DNC.
However, even if we were to entertain the Left’s argument that the Russian government did in fact hack into the DNC’s database to retrieve email exchanges, it would still not amount to a foreign government “rigging” or tampering with an election.
To date, the DNC and the Clinton Campaign have not argued that anything released from Wikileaks was false, they were just upset that the information was made public.
Murray explains it best when he says,
“…It should be said again and again, that if Hillary Clinton had not connived with the DNC to fix the primary schedule to disadvantage Bernie, if she had not received advance notice of live debate questions to use against Bernie, if she had not accepted massive donations to the Clinton foundation and family members in return for foreign policy influence, if she had not failed to distance herself from some very weird and troubling people, then none of this would have happened.”
