Poll : What Do You Think Of “Political Correctness?”

By  |

America is constantly being hounded by Social Justice Warriors (SJW) advancing the cause of political correctness, saving one group or another from any possibility of being offended.

Political correctness is defined as:

“The avoidance, often considered as taken to extremes, of forms of expression or action that are perceived to exclude, marginalize, or insult groups of people who are socially disadvantaged or discriminated against.”

For example, it would be considered politically incorrect to refer someone sneaking into the country as an illegal alien.

To follow the logic from the Left, it is somehow offensive to suggest that somebody is a criminal for breaking the law, or to combine the word “alien” with “illegal” to suggest that a person is from another country.

In keeping with the rules of political correctness, it would be more acceptable to refer to an illegal alien as what they are, an illegal immigrantundocumented immigrantundocumented workerundocumented future American… future Democrat voter.

Another example of political correctness gone crazy is the Obama administration’s reluctance to admit that radical Islamic terrorism has anything to do with Islam.

Their argument was that to admit that terrorists followed an extremist and perverted version of Islam was to give them a victory, and to disparage moderate Muslims.

To put that mind-set into perspective, imagine if the United States, during World War II, refused to acknowledge that the National Socialists (Nazis) had anything to do with Germany out of fear of offending moderate Germans.

If Barack Obama was in charge, during that time period, we may have found ourselves looking in Australia or Greenland for Nazis, due to the fact that we weren’t allowed to acknowledge that the Nazis’ power was centralized in Germany.

Take the poll below and let us know what you think about political correctness:
